In case you’re in trouble (too many unlock pattern locked your phone, or somebody “locked” your phone) you can do hard reset, which will put phone in to factory status and also WIPE EVERYTHING from the phone !!!
- Turn of your mobile phone and reinsert the battery.
- Continuously hold the Volume Down button.
- Press and release the power button.
- You will see options like Fastbook, Recovery, Simlock and clear storage. Release the Volume Down button.
- Select the Clear Storage by pressing download the Volume Down button.
- Press and release the power button.
- Now confirm your decision: Volume Up for Yes and Volume Down for No.
